The brand is organizing a two-day meeting between agents and retailers from the North East here in the villa.
They wanted something different, not the restaurant or conference center room. Their format also includes mirrors and plants, met the mood informal atmosphere of the villa. The Padua company presented its new collections to opticians in the North East. The location hosted the works, le coffee stations all day long, lunches in cooking pots, the chatter between salespeople as usual light and hospitable manner immersed in verde. Catering by @buricitreviso
Weddings&nozze is an important Italian portal. They let us know yesterday that they counted the villa among the best 100 location del 2024.
The thing that pleases us equally is that filtering by 'Veneto’ and then for 'Treviso’ we turn out to be the only modern one among a few hotels and various Venetian villas. Even in the Treviso Film Commission we are the only modern one in the company of many older old sisters.
Speaking of Venetian villas we feel like the Volkswagen Beetle in the famous work of one of the greatest advertisers of the twentieth century: Bill Bernbach. It was late America 50. Faced with gigantic Cadillacs or Pontiacs, he had to be able to sell one small European car. He had to think in a small way. Guess how it ended 🙂
Simply Business 2024. Very fitting title for such a meeting. Emma he wanted this 'den' of ours for himself and his entrepreneur friends. For them a midweek evening during which they were able to meet exceptional speakers and a catering that pampers the palate without forgetting the eye. The auditorium on the lower floor and a 'gallery' on the first have transformed the villa in a sort of theater and those present in a sort of club immersed in informality and conviviality. In full style Villa Bornello.
Full day team building. The lineup includes a robust breakfast at 9.00, then company meetings up to a mini hackaton before lunch. This is followed by an anti-baiting light lunch and an hour-long rugby-themed team building. The teams continues with the numbers and projections for the 2024 until the evening when we arrive at the full-bodied aperitif. E’ just one of many corporate formats hosted in the villa. The mood is that of confidentiality and exclusivity immersed in the nature and in’architecture choosing your own times and spaces. Training, motivation and conviviality. In collaboration with Sabina Caso

Companies Talks is a storytelling project created to tell companies the stories of large entrepreneurial projects such as Google, Amazon, Netflix, Facebook, Whatsapp, Linkedin, Airbnb , Tesla, Toyota, Olivetti, Ferrero, Spotify and others still.
The idea is to involve people in reconstructing the facts, of the choices and conditions that have led these projects to become reference players and world-famous brands.
The aim is to draw insights from these narratives, idea and messages useful for achieving the company's business objectives.
Change the context. No longer the classroom, the blackboard, the projector and the lecturer. All replaced from a stage in a Villa that once belonged to a entrepreneur.
The Talks are monologues performed by professional actors, written to make the most of the potential of storytelling and followed by a so-called "debriefing" phase during which discussion is stimulated on the topics that have most sparked reflection and critical thinking useful for companies
A new and alternative way of training based on historical facts, epic choices and little-known anecdotes told to capture attention.

This cute object by Gio Ponti for Casa Fornaroli in Milan is cute, approximately of 1955. Our eye fell because we too…
This wardrobe by Gio Ponti recently went up for auction for the Phillips guys. Gio Ponti designed some things for the house of his friend and colleague Fornaroli, including this particular wardrobe with pass-through door. Below is the first roundup with some photos taken from auction notice. Below are the images of one of our boiseries with similar functions designed by Roberto Pamio for the villa. In fact, it hides environments and passages. And we also have the original drawings 🙂
Our particular hallway features a custom-made wardrobe. As well as containing clothes and things, leads to two environments. We also have one of this project model original of the time made by the architect on cardboard (and Carioca pastels, judging by ‘ treatment’ :-)) to better understand the development of the project and the colors.
Note the colored 'Arco coat hangers in the third image’ designed by Luigi Caramella for 'Con&With’ e, last but not least, positioned for both adults and, down, for children…
We support interest in the business world, The corporate events and the possibility of being a resource for the territory. We have been affiliated with for several years Angels for Impact, sparkling Milanese club deal and among the most referenced in Italy, with now more than 100 angels, more than 40 startups invested against approx 4,5 million euros. Dai take a look at the companies in which we have invested. We work and invest closely with Impact HUB e Angels for Women (the sister club’ but all female :-). A short time ago we also sponsored a well-known event in the cityTo.
You care about this world? You want to diversify your investments? You are a startup in collection? You just want some info without obligation? We here in the villa have all the answers. If you are near Treviso come and visit us for more info and for a coffee.
Joyful and loving brand it's a new people & lifestyle magazine distributed in the Province of Treviso. With its own breezy mood it tells of an innovative North East but with an eye on history, business and beyond. They stumbled upon ours villa and it was immediately elective affinity.
Signed by Prando Prandi, famous for having often written about Venetian entrepreneurship not only as a journalist but also as a writer, already in force as marketing director at groups such as Stefanel, Mionetto, Aperol, Deroma and known signature of the Gazzetta dello Sport , Gazzettino and others for years, the piece allows for the first time to retrace the history of the villa from both an architectural and a sociological point of view, going these two things more and more merging in recent times. Why such a villa in Treviso in those years and what are the real reasons for its construction? What is the reason for this particular relationship with her naturethat surrounds it? Because this kind of architecture and what are the social functions of the villa in addition to residence? The symbolism of water aligned with fire, the play of light given by the rise of the sun from dawn to zenith, its representative function, the dinners of the past and the today's events.
But most of all: because we have goldfish almost in the living room?
A modern villa daughter of its era, where it is pleasant to come across design and details that have stubbornly survived fashions and built with spaces for conviviality. Conviviality once of the owners and now of the customers who organize it corporate events, ceremonies, shootings and not only.

Yesterday Day Team with an important on-demand printing multinational in the area to which each graphics agency, bodybuilder, advertising, architect or communicator have trusted at least once in a lifetime 😉. They didn't want to appear but it's understandable.
Our formatinnkeeper effect' accompanied them throughout the day, from early morning zen cake to lunch, then dinner and spirits with cigars, after dinner chocolate and rum. A full day of full immersion for the small team of executives intent on discussing future strategies in peace away from the distractions of the office. The beetroot risotto creamed with Morlacco del Grappa was elected 'Villa Bornello dish' for its obvious chromatic affinities. We have before and after photos of the fillet Wellington. The gigantic Aglione of the Val di Chiana, added to the 'bigoli in salsa' instead of the onion, it was a welcome surprise. The Barbera label 'by mistake' that accompanied part of the libations is from a niche Piedmontese producer. Thanks to the chefs and their team for leading the day by illustrating the history and particularities of the dishes, of the ingredients, of the wines. This is also part of the particular type of corporate events who we love to host here at villa is that, fireplace front, make the day exciting, intimate and productive.
Plan: upon arrival an initial welcome with zen cake (which never hurts and then goes well with the Japanese lake 🙂 ), followed by projection of projects/results/strategies for the future. We then divide into teams and have fun cooking and then presenting our dishes. Chalkboards appear, chalks and prosecco that accompany the 'fearable’ jury created on the spot and which churns out votes both on the food itself and on the way of presenting it and telling it through jokes and movie quotes (they remember The Big Binge, Eating Drinking man woman, Chocolat, Ratatouille and the inevitable turtle broth ‘ Babette's Feast)
Guaranteed fun. In outline a dedicated chef, dinner in front of the fireplace, the spirits corner and much more.
Recipes, ingredients, come, cooked together with you and your guests. Spices and perfumes like from one of those drugstores of yesteryear who held the door open to spring. You are with your guests in a environment only yours and confidential. Surrounded by greenery and design.
Why at the restaurant? Make it weird. Do it in the villa.
‘Host effect‘ is our new format for individuals and companies looking for something different from the classic restaurant, in which the cooks exploit the environments of the villa and they cook for you on sight, conversing and illustrating foods, wines and pairings. Like the hosts of once upon a time, you risk seeing them grab a chair and sit down nearby to explain to you why that Amarone marries so well the cut or the secrets of a roner with its slow cooking. All having the villa exclusively. A return to the conviviality and slowness of a time when you want to feel good in an exclusive and open space environment with a kitchen that becomes your kitchen. Immersed in greenery and tranquility, away from the crowds, surrounded by design or, for once, not confined to the table of a restaurant or the lobby of a convention center. Choose the menu first. Tailored. The mood too. You have the villa exclusively. A stone's throw from Treviso.
With a chef of your own who cooks for you on sight.
A group of friends or customers to give away a lunch for a few? Think of a simple aperitif, something quick or an important fish dinner? You are a professional or a company and you want to amaze or involve your people’ in a different environment than usual? A cooking lesson o un cooking team buiding? You want to give your customers a different evening than usual, to your potential customers or your employees? To finish, cognac and cigar in front of the fireplace or in front of the park? Held in English for a group of agents who came from half of Europe. After an intense day of work in the company they arrived who e, led by Alice and her staff, they tried their hand at cooking and dining on what they had cheerfully prepared. 😜 The pupils go for an aperitif, then they put on their branded aprons, they get to work and have fun and then stand in front of the fireplace with their 'creatures'. They end with the inevitable coffee and a drop of 'Diplomatic'. There is fun in this type of events. Here is everything you need to organize a different way to motivate a team, whether it be employees, clients or prospects. Even at Christmas.
The villa it lends itself well to grilling both in winter and in summer. A few days ago, for thirty people, we have set up grill and staff with welcome & spilucchi on the floor of the pond, cena, dance and chat in front of the fireplace.
We report an article by Alessandra Boiardi taken from Meetings and Congresses. Because the work, relations, productivity, they always pass through emotion too, be it an event, of stay, of conviviality.
In recent times we hear more and more often about bleisure, that is, the possibility of combining a business trip with a few days of vacation, for example by extending the business stay over the weekend. (to us of Villa Bornello also like to understand it as a situation of conviviality and business motivation away from the working walls and surrounded by greenery, even after work, even on Friday evenings, as a debilitating situation e engagingn.d.r. )
It's nothing new, but the renewed attention to work-life balance that the pandemic has bequeathed us, seems to have revived it. And it is not only from this point of view that this trend is once again being talked about. Even the binomialbleisure e MICE makes its way, but the participants of an event today are really inclined to mix the work aspect with the personal one?
The bleisure is really atrend in MICE? And how are thedestinations?
That the corporate world has changed and with it the priorities of workers is no longer a novelty. Companies are increasingly committed to improving the corporate climate and focusing onwell-being as a form of incentive and employee retention, that is, to reward employees and keep them in the company.
From the point of view of work organization, this is reflected, for example, in the decision of many companies that have experienced smart working and remote work for the first time during the years of the pandemic, to continue to offer this form of work to meet the needs of many people.
And we are also starting to talk about other forms of work "away from the desk", such as for example theworkation. How can you understand, is a term that combines the word work (Work) e vacation (vacation), but it is fair to point out that it is not – as one might think – a solution that provides, simply, to be able to work “lying on the beach”, but assumes, vice versa, a whole range of regulations.
And if these new approaches could revolutionize the world of work in a short time, what is certain is that they are already among the wishes of business travellers.
According to the’indagine di Travel for business sul workation, in collaboration with Alma Travel, who questioned his community made up mostly of travel and mobility managers, il 70% of respondents consider workation as oneopportunity to be more relaxed, even if only the 26% he claims to have practiced it in some form. The 62% he is also convinced that a period of workation would improve both life and work.
As for the bleisure, an Expedia study highlights that already in the pre pandemic for the 48% was theattractiveness of the destination in terms of liveliness to convince travelers to extend their business trip, for the 43% the fact of being in a place not to be missed from a tourist point of view, il 38% rated the ease of moving to the destination itself and the 37% how close the weekend was.
The design of the banqueting. Create that order that the guest likes so much. Display and not just serve. Designing a desk is designing a relationship.
Today we are hard. In the sense of hard product. We host Terex, American company producing construction cranes. They brought together who agents from Eastern Europe. (a whole day, from breakfast to aperitif, with the possibility of attending conferences and screenings. For everyone a good dose of meetings but also breaks, breakfasts, aperitifs and conviviality. In a word: networking and motivation. He big park he saw managers and agents wandering around, cellphone to ear, during breaks. Who placed the laptop under a maple tree, who on the sofa, others in the large dining table designed by Pamio, who settled in the lounge on the first floor to dominate the pond and sweep the surrounding countryside with a view. Next week we host the agents from Eastern Europe for another day of business relaxation. This one of ours mood favorites.
I redattori poi imperversano.
This piecesulla villa rende ilgenius locidella casa raccontandola per i suoi scopi progettualipassede futuri. Because architecture is volume but also use. And even fantasy, come sa bene Mara Pavan, che fa attraversare ad Alice la lunetta del nostro portico-stagno per entrare in un’altra dimensione. Ed in effetti è un po’ così, and the size is very green. Qui da noi forse nessun Bianconiglio, Mad Hatter or Cheshire Cat. Però se volete una festa di ‘non compleanno’ siamo qui 🙂
Only women could add the adjective 'loving’ in the payoff of their creation to describe the gaze that this magazine turns to Treviso and its province. A thick free press that has chosen our villa to offer a gift to its loyal readers and the team. Thanks to Treviso City & Stories and to all present for an evening of those we like so much. Relax, Chatter, little formality e (TCS) community style. Among quality products, entrepreneurs, professionals and a lot desire for relationships surrounded by verde, the villa embraced those present with its long portico, playing with that once more genius loci, once a home but also a place of representation, that has accompanied her for several years now. (Photo credits: Francesco Exit and others).
It is a company meeting. Possible? Yup, they are Accenture employees (Treviso area and neighboring areas) multinational with some thousands of other colleagues scattered around Italy. The guy with the glass lying down listening to the big bosses understood the spirit we have here. Teasing you, drinks e tanto networking & chat for a midweek relaxing aperitif in a warm environment, natural and exclusive a stone's throw from Treviso. Someone even thought of coming there by bike (look down). What more could you want?
E’ what we like about the property, the fact that it was built at the time (also) by representation & networking, can still be perpetuated today in a relaxing way, not very grandiloquent or sumptuous as in other older villas. Announcement to convention centers and restaurants. Here you are at home. E, they say, if you feel.
